The Doce Fire, which destroyed many acres of forest near Prescott, Arizona, came to within eight miles of our ranch property. We give our heartfelt thanks to all the fire fighters who helped contain the Doce fire. Our condolences to the 19 fire fighters who lost their lives fighting the Yarnell Hill fire, a fire that damaged so many homes and ranches to the south. It will be many years before our area heals from these fires. Rest assured we will be part of that healing process.
